The Customer Service Representation who booked the appointment was very effective and friendly, made an effort to assess the severity of my problem and book a time that was convenient for me. I received a call to confirm that I was available at the appointment time and the technician showed up in a timely manner. [I had an after 4 p.m. appointment, and the technician was there at 5 p.m.]. The technician, Scott, was very professional and thorough. He confirmed that the main line was the cause of the problem before he started to work on it. He worked quickly. He explained what he was doing and the problem he found. And he explained that he was taking an extra step running a second, larger blade through the line to be sure that the main was cleaned thoroughly.”
